Announcement of Dormitory Admission Results for Fall Semester 2025
[Fall Semester Period: September 01, 2025 – December 12, 2025 (103 days)]
1. Dormitory Application Results Confirmation and Payment Instructions for Dormitory Fees
A. Announcement of Selection Results
1) Selection Announcement Date: June 4, 2025 (Wednesday)
※ Dormitory move-in is only allowed after payment. No entry if unpaid within the deadline.

- How to Check Selection Results: Student Information System → Undergraduate → Residence → Student dormitory application management
→ Result of dormitory application (invoice checking)
B. Room Assignment Confirmation: Room assignments can be checked during the invoice printing period, and specific room numbers will be confirmed individually upon check-in.
※ Room and building assignments are subject to change based on dormitory operation
C. Move-in Date: Starting from Monday, September 1, 2025
D. Items to prepare for Move-in
- Provided: Bed (or mattress), desk, wardrobe
- To Prepare Personally: Personal bedding (blanket, pillow), toiletries, clothing, daily necessities, photo for dormitory resident record card, chest X-ray result, etc.
2. Dormitory Fee Payment Instructions for Dormitory Residents
a. Invoice Printing Period: From Wednesday, June 4, 2025, 10:00 AM to Friday, June 13, 2025, 4:00 PM
b. Dormitory Fee Payment Period: From Wednesday, June 4, 2025, 10:00 AM to Friday, June 13, 2025, 4:00 PM
※ If payment is not completed within the deadline, it will be considered a withdrawal, and dormitory admission will not be possible.
The slot will be given to other applicants. There will be no additional payment period, and no admission confirmation calls will be made.
c. How to Print the Invoice:
- Check Selection → Enter Name/Student ID → Print Invoice
d. Payment Location: Hana Bank
e. Payment Method:
· Print the invoice from the university website (Announcements) and make payment directly at any Hana Bank branch,
· Or use the individual virtual account assigned to each student.
· Payment can be made via Internet Banking, Telebanking, Direct Deposit, or CD/ATM machines.
· Installment payments are not allowed. (Payment is separate from tuition fees.)

※ Cooking is not allowed inside dormitory rooms (no cooking facilities available).
※ 1 meal per day is mandatory, and for 2 or 3 meals, meal tickets must be purchased beforehand.
※ For the mandatory 1 meal per day, you can freely choose and eat within the selected range of breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
※ No refunds will be provided for uneaten meals.
※ Meal tickets (4,000 KRW) can be purchased from the vending machine if needed.

1. 宿舍申请者录取结果确认及宿舍费缴纳通知
가. 选拔公告说明
1) 选拔公告日期 : 2025年6月4日(星期三)
※ 只有缴纳宿舍费后才可入住;若未在规定时间内缴纳,将无法入住。.
2) 选拔确认快捷通道
2025-2학기 기숙사 합격 확인 및 고지서출력 바로가기
- 选拔确认方法 : 학생정보시스템 → 학사관리→기숙사→입사신청결과(재학생)→ 선발확인
나. 宿舍分配确认发放缴费单时可以确认,具体房间号将在入住宿舍当天单独告知。
※根据宿舍运营计划,楼栋及房间可能会有所变动。.
다. 宿舍入住日期:2025年9月1日(星期一)起
라. 入住准备事项
- 学校提供:床(或床垫)/书桌/衣柜
- 学生需自备:个人寝具(被子、枕头)/洗漱用品/个人衣物/生活用品/用于档案卡的照片/
胸部X光检查结果等
2. 宿舍生宿舍费缴纳指南
가. 缴费单打印时间:2025年6月4日(星期三)上午10:00 ~ 6月13日(星期五)下午16:00
나. 宿舍费缴纳时间:2025年6月4日(星期三)上午10:00 ~ 6月13日(星期五)下午16:00
※若未在缴费期限内完成缴费,视为自动放弃,无法入住宿舍;将另行录取其他候补人员;
无追加缴费时间 / 不会通过电话另行通知录取结果。
다. 缴费单打印方法
→ 点击录取确认链接 → 输入姓名 / 学号后打印
라. 缴费地点:韩亚银行(Hana Bank)
마. 缴费方式:
- 登录学校官网公告栏打印缴费单后,可通过以下方式缴费:
- 到韩亚银行全国各营业网点直接缴纳
- 使用个人虚拟账户进行网上银行、电话银行、无折存款、CD/ATM机等方式缴纳
※ 不可分期缴费;需与学费分开缴纳。
