Dormitory Acceptance Announcement

1. Confirmation of selected applicants into the dormitory and guidance on payment of dormitory fees

 

A. Selection Announcement

1) Date and time of announcement : 2024.08.20. 4PM

※ Invoice issuance: individual invoice will be distributed later after checking in to the dormitory

 

2) Go to selection confirmation.

B. Room Assignment: Room number is confirmed individually upon check-in.

※Rooms may be changed according to the dormitory managing plan..

 

C. Date of check-in: 

 - Check-in date: starting from 2024. 08. 31(Saturday) ~ 09. 01(Sunday) 10:00~17:00 (except for lunch time(12:00~13:00) Exclusions / Requests to join in time)

※ You are required to select time/date during the registration. 

 

D. Preparation for check-in:

- Basic provision from the dormitory : Bed (and mattress) / desk / wardrobe

- Individual supplies by the students: Personal bedding(blanket, pillows) / Toiletries / Personal Clothing / Living necessities / Photos for dormitory students record / chest radiography results, etc

- Statutory communicable disease (TB test) result certificate

 (must include a statement of no abnormalities (normal, etc.), or you will not be hired)

 

2. Dormitory fee payment information for dormitory students

 

 

A. Payment application method:

Korean Ver.- 학생정보시스템 홈페이지 → 학사관리 → 기숙사 → 학생생활관 신청관리 → 입사 신청 결과

English Ver.- Student Info System → Undergraduate→ Residence → 학생생활관 신청관(Student Life Manager Application Center) → 입사 신청 결과 (Check-in Application results)

 

 

B. Payment bank: Hana bank (하나은행)

 

C. Payment method: 

Print out the invoice from the school website and pay directly to any Hana Bank branch nationwide/Internet banking/direct deposit/CD/ATM machines, etc. using a virtual account for each student

※ owever, installment payments are not possible. (Separate payment from tuition)

宿舍申请合格人员公告

1. 宿舍申请人员选拔确认及住宿费缴纳指南

 

一、 选拔公告指南

1) 选拔公告日期 : 2024. 08.20 16：00预计

                 

2) 选拔快捷确认   

2024年度第2学期宿舍合格确认及通知书打印快捷方式

 

二、 房间分配确认 : 可以在通知书公布期间确认，入住时单独确认房间。

                  ※根据宿舍运营规则，房间也会有所变化

 

三、宿舍入宿日期 :  

1) 2024. 08. 31(周六) ~ 09. 01(周日) 10:00~17:00 (午餐时间(12:00~13:00) 除外 / 请在入宿期间内办理入宿)

 ※ 确认选拔公告时，必须选择预计入宿日期/时间

  

四、 入宿准备事项

 - 基本提供 : 床(以及床垫) / 书桌 / 衣柜

 - 个人准备用品 : 个人床上用品 / 洗漱用品 / 个人衣物 / 生活用品 / 宿舍学生记录卡用照片(证件照[3.5*4.5]) / 

 - 法定传染病（结核病检查）结果诊断书

     (意见事项中必须有“无异常”（正常等）标语，如没有此标语将不得入职)

 

2. 宿舍住宿费缴纳指南

 

 

 一、 缴费单打印方式

 - 学生信息系统网站→学士管理→宿舍→学生生活馆申请管理→入宿申请结果

 

 二、缴纳场所 : 韩亚银行

 

 三、缴纳方法 : 通过学校网站 (公告事项) 打印通知书后，直接向韩亚银行全国分行进行缴纳或者使用学生虚拟账户的网上银行

 ㆍ电话银行ㆍ无存折转账ㆍCD/ATM 机等进行缴纳

 但是 , 不可以分期付款. (需与学费分开进行缴纳)

 

 四、 宿舍管理费指南 (2024年第2学期 = 103天为准)
