Dormitory Acceptance Announcement

1. Confirmation of selected applicants into the dormitory and guidance on payment of dormitory fees 

A. Selection Announcement

 1) Date and time of announcement : 2024.02.26.(Monday) 4PM

 ※ Invoice issuance: individual invoice will be distributed later after checking in to the dormitory

2) Go to selection confirmation

    Confirmation of acceptance of international students (current) and shortcut to invoice output 

B. Room Assignment: Room number is confirmed individually upon check-in.

  C. Date of check-in :

1) Check-in period : 2024. 02. 19(Monday) ~

D. Preparation for check-in:

- Basic provision from the dormitory : Bed (and mattress) / desk / wardrobe

- Individual supplies by the students: Personal bedding(blanket, pillows) / Toiletries / Personal Clothing / Living necessities / Photos for dormitory students record / chest radiography results, etc

 

2. Dormitory fee payment information for dormitory students

A. Invoice : Invoices will be distributed individually after checking in to the dormitory.

B. Payment destination : Hana bank (하나은행)

C. Payment method : Print the invoice from the school website (will be notified) and pay directly to Hana Bank branches

nationwide or pay through internet banking, telebanking, bank transfer, CD/ATM, etc using virtual accounts per student.

 ※ However, installment payment is not available. (Dormitory payment is separate from tuition)

D. Dormitory fee information (2024 Spring Semester= based on 103 days)

1. 宿舍申请者选拔确认及宿舍费缴纳通知

一. 选拔公告通知

1) 选拔公告日期时间:2024.02.26.(周一)16点预定

       ※ 缴费通知单: 预计入宿后发放宿舍费用缴纳单

 2) 选拔快捷确认 

     留学生（在学生）合格确认及直接打印通知书 

  

二. 房间分配确认:入宿时现场确认房间号 

 

三. 宿舍入宿日期 :

1) 入宿日期 : 2024. 02. 19(周一) ~

 

四. 入宿准备事项

- 基本提供 : 床 (以及床垫) / 书桌 / 衣柜

- 个别准备用品:个人床上用品（被子、枕头）/洗漱用品/个人衣服/生活用品/宿舍学生记录卡用照片/胸部ct化验单等

 

2. 宿舍住宿费缴纳通知

 一. 缴纳通知单 : 预计入宿后发放宿舍费用缴纳单

二. 缴纳场所 : 韩国韩亚银行 

三. 缴纳方法 : 通过学校网站（公告事项）打印通知书后直接向韩亚银行全国分行缴纳或使用学生

     虚拟账户的网上银行、电话银行、无折存款、CD/ATM机等进行缴纳

     但是,不能分期付款。(需与学费分开进行缴纳)。

 

四. 宿舍管理费指南 (2024年第一学期 = 103 天为准)
