一. 申请介绍

1) 申请对象: 2024学年度本大学在校生(留学生)

2) 申请期间: 2024.01.15.(周一) 10:00 ~ 2024.02.15.(周四) 18:00 为止 (申请期间以后不可追加申请)

※选拔公告(预定): 2024.02.16.(周五)

3) 申请类型: 宿舍选择

4) 申请方法: 网上申请

① 재학생 접속경로: 학생정보시스템-학사관리-기숙사-학생생활관신청관리(재학생)-입사 신청(우송대)

→ 정보입력 (输入手机号码、电子邮件、银行及银行账号、韩国存折复印件)

二. 选拔基准
1) 在校生 选拔基准: 2023年 2学期 评分平均 3.00 以上， 换算前一学期成绩(100%) 选拔 (但夏季学期和冬季学期除外)

※ 选拔条件: 根据宿舍的规章制度，符合入宿者(之前居住中分数处罚超出者除外)

三. 申请宿舍时的注意事项

1) 入宿期间 : 2024.02.19.(周一) ~

※ 入宿日前因为宿舍内部设施需要检查问题除外，其他入宿日期内无法入宿时请联系管理室

2) 管理费与餐费介绍 (2024년 1学期 = 103日 基准)

※ 1日1餐义务餐可在早、中、晚餐中自由选择就餐

※ 每日未使用义务餐时不予退款

※ 每日义务餐食用后，如还想就餐时，请自行通过自动贩卖机购买餐卷(4000韩元)

3) 准备事项
 ① 基本供应:床(或床垫)/书桌/衣柜
 ② 需要个人准备用品：个人寝具(被褥、枕头)/洗漱用品/个人服装/生活用品/宿舍生记录卡的照片/胸透检查结果诊断书等

Dormitory Application Guidance

1. Information regarding application and dorm residents selection

a. Regarding dormitory application

1) Applicant: International students currently enrolled at Woosong Univeristy in 2024

2) Application period: 2024.01.15.(Mon) 10:00 ~ 2024.02.15.(Thur) 18:00 (No additional applications after this period)

※Selection date(scheduled): 2024.02.16.(Fri)

3) Application type: Dormitory Selection

4) Application method: Apply online

① For enrolled students: Woosong University Information System-Undergraduate-Residence-Student dormitory application

→ Fill out information (phone number, email, bank and bank account, bankbook)

b. Dorm residents selection criteria
1) Selection criteria for enrolled students : GPA of 3.00 or higher for Fall semester of 2023, converted to grades (100%)

from previous semester (excluding summer and winter semesters)

※ Selection restrictions: those restricted from entering the dormitory accoding to dormitory operation regulations (those

who have excessive penalty points)

c. Instructions on dormitory application

1) Check in period : starting from 2024.02.19(Mon)

※ Due to accomodation maintenance reasons, students cannot check in before the check-in date (2024.02.19).

2) Information on management fees and meal expenses (2024 Spring Semester = 103 days)

※ 1 meal per day is mandatory, students can choose freely between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

※ No refund possible if students do not eat 1 meal per day

※ Students can purchase meal tickets (4,000won per ticket) from cafeteria’s vending machine

 

 

3) Guidance on Preparation
 ① Basic facilities (provided by dormitory): bed(or mattress) / desk / wardrobe
 ② Individual supplies (not provided by dormitory): personal bedding (blankets, pillows) / toiletries / personal clothing /

household items / photos for dormitory student record cards / simple chest imaging results
