기숙사 방역 및 매트리스 소독 안내문

사생 여러분 안녕하십니까?

기숙사 사생분들의 안전과 기숙사 내 전반(공용시설 등)에 걸쳐 안전하고 쾌적한 위생환경을 위하여 지속적으로 방역을 실시하고 있으며, 최근에는 침대 매트리스 소독을 진행하고 있습니다.

11월 부터는 순차적으로 사생 여러분들의 호실 내부 및 침대 매트리스 소독을 진행 하 고자 하오니 인지하시고 신청 협조하여 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

개인 호실 방역을 희망하는 사생분들께서는 해당 안내문 숙지 후 관리실로 개별 신청 바랍니다.

 

1. 전 기숙사 소독 예정

국제기숙사, 청운 1숙, 솔지오 기숙사

 

2. 개인 호실 소독 예정 (개인 선택)

가. 신청 순으로 소독된 공실로 이동생활 예정(* 약 3일 후 복귀예정)

나. 개인 호실 소독 희망자는 소독 후 3일 간 출입금지

다. 개인 호실 소독 희망자는 반드시 룸메이트와 합의한 후 신청 바랍니다.

라. 개인 호실 소독 시 본인 소지품 및 침구류 소지 후 임시 배정된 호실로 이동을 당부드립니다.

 

3. 신청방법

가. 개인 호실 소독은 의무가 아닌 선택입니다

나. 소독중인 호실은 3일 간 출입할 수 없습니다.

다. 소독을 원하는 사생분들께서는 룸메이트와 상의한 후 관리실에 방문하여 신청 바랍니다

宿舍防疫及床垫消毒指南

各位师生，大家好！

为了创造宿舍师生们的安全和宿舍内整体(公用设施等)舒适的卫生环境，并持续实施防疫措施，

宿舍近期正在对床垫进行消毒。

从11月开始，将依次对师生们的房间内部及床垫进行消毒，请各位师生了解通知内容之后进行申请。

希望给房间进行消毒的学生，了解相关内容后，请到管理室进行申请。

 

1. 宿舍消毒

国际宿舍、青云一宿、商学院宿舍

 

2. 房间消毒(个人选择)

（1.）按照申请顺序进行消毒，需要该房间师生移动到消毒过的房间居住。(约3天后返回)

（2.）房间消毒后三天内禁止出入。

（3.）有意愿申请房间消毒的学生，请一定要与室友协商后再进行申请。

（4.）房间消毒时请携带个人物品及床上用品后前往临时分配的房间。

 

3. 申请方法

（1.） 对房间进行消毒不是强制性，而是自愿性的。

（2.）正在消毒的房间3天内不能出入。

（3.）有意愿消毒的师生与室友商议后，请到管理室申请。

Dormitory quarantine

and mattress disinfection notice

Hello, dormitory residents.

For the safety of the dormitory’s residents and to preserve a safe, pleasant, and sanitary environment throughout the dormitory (public facilities, etc), quarantine is being continuously carried out and bed mattresses have been disinfected.

From November, we would like to progressively disinfect the inside of your room and your bed mattresses. We would appreciate your awareness of this matter and cooperation in regards to applying for the disinfection.

Those who wish to quarantine in temporary rooms, please apply individually to the management office after reading the relevant notice below.

 

1. All dorms are scheduled to be disinfected

(International Dormitory, Cheongun 1st Dormitory, SolGeo Dormitory)

 

2. Scheduled personal room disinfection (optional)

- Students are scheduled to be moved to a temporary room based on the order of application (*students can return back to their rooms in about three days after disinfection).

- Those who wish to disinfect their private rooms are not allowed to enter the disinfected rooms for three days after disinfection.

- Those who wish to disinfect their private rooms must apply after agreeing with their roommates.

- When disinfecting a private room, please carry your belongings and bedding and move to the temporarily assigned room.

 

3. How to apply

- Disinfection of private rooms is not mandatory, it's optional

- You cannot enter the room under disinfection for 3 days.

- Those who want to get their personal rooms disinfected, please apply at the management office after consulting with your roommates.
