개강 및 신학기를 맞이하여 각 기숙사별 화재예방시설을 점검하고, 신규 기숙사 사생에 대한 교육을 시행하여, 화재예방 및 지진발생에 대한 경각심을 고취함은 물론 비상사태 시 대피와 신고 등 초동대응능력을 훈련함으로써 만일의 실제 화재발생 및 지진발생 상황 시 사생들의 신체와 생명을 보호하고 실제 대처 능력을 제고시키고자 지진대피 및 화재대피훈련을 실시할 예정입니다. 본 훈련을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

 

- 훈 련 -

교육대상 : 기숙사 내에 거주하는 모든 사생

기 간 : 2023년 4월 11일(화) ~ 12일(수) 총 2일

훈련일시 : 4월 11일(화) 14:00시~ 지진대피훈련 (솔지오)

4월 11일(화) 20:00시~ 화재대피훈련 (유학생기숙사, 청운1·2숙)관할소방서 합동

4월 12일(수) 14:00시~ 지진대피훈련 (유학생기숙사, 청운1·2숙)

4월 12일(수) 20:00시~ 화재대피훈련 (솔지오)

훈련장소 : 유학생기숙사, 청운1숙. 청운2숙, 솔지오기숙사

집결장소 : 유학생기숙사, 청운1숙. 청운2숙 – 인조잔디운동장
솔지오기숙사 – 솔지오 기숙사 앞 광장

 

※ 주의사항

▸ 훈련에 많은 참여 부탁드립니다.

▸ 대피 시 대피요령, 행동 요령을 하며 대피해 주시기 바랍니다.

▸ 교육 도중 무단이탈 금지

 

상기 내용과 같이 지진대피 훈련 및 화재대피훈련이 실시되오니 모든 사생분들은 꼭 참여하여 안전에 대하여 경각심을 갖는 계기가 되어 주시기 바랍니다.

In preparation for the start of the new semester, we will be inspecting fire prevention facilities in each dormitory and conducting education for new dormitory residents to raise awareness about fire prevention and earthquake preparedness. We will also be training for emergency response, including evacuation and reporting, to enhance our ability to protect the physical safety and lives of students and improve our actual response capabilities in the event of a fire or earthquake. We will be conducting earthquake and fire evacuation drills as follows:

 

Training-

Participants : All students residing in the dormitory

Duration : 2 days from April 11th (Tue) to 12th (Wed), 2023

Training Schedule :

April 11th (Tue) 2:00 pm - earthquake evacuation drill (SolGeo)

April 11th (Tue) 8:00 pm - fire evacuation drill (International Student Dormitory, Cheongwoon 1 and 2 dormitories) conducted jointly with the local fire department

April 12th (Wed) 2:00 pm - earthquake evacuation drill (International Student Dormitory, Cheongwoon 1 and 2 dormitories)

April 12th (Wed) 8:00 pm - fire evacuation drill (SolGeo)

Training Locations : International Student Dormitory, Cheongwoon 1 and 2 dormitories, SolGeo Dormitory

Assembly point : International Student Dormitory, Cheongwoon 1 and 2 dormitories – Artificial Turf Field
SolGeo – Square in front of SolGeo Dormitory

▸ Please actively participate in the training.

▸ Please follow evacuation procedures and actions during evacuation.

▸ Unauthorized departure during training is prohibited.

为了迎接开学及新学期，检查各宿舍的火灾预防设施，并对宿舍的师生进行教育，提高对火灾预防及地震发生的警觉心，需要锻炼大家紧急事态时躲避和举报等初期应对能力。为了保护万一发生火灾及地震时师生们的身体健康和生命，提高实际应对能力，将实施地震躲避和火灾躲避演练。本演练介绍如下。

 

 

- 演练-

教育对象 : 居住在宿舍内的所有师生

时间 : 2023年4月11日(周二)~12日(周三)共2天

演练日期 : 4月11日(周二) 14:00点~地震避难演练 (solbridge)

4月11日(周二) 20:00点~ 火灾逃生演练 (留学生宿舍，青云1、2宿）管辖消防署联合进行

4月12日(周三) 14:00点~地震避难演练 (留学生宿舍, 青云1、2宿)

4月12日(周三) 20:00点~ 火灾逃生演练 (solbridge)

演练地点 : 留学生宿舍，青云1宿。 青云2宿

▸ 躲避时请遵守躲避要领、行动要领。

▸ 禁止在教育途中擅自离校。

 

如上所述，将进行地震避难演练和火灾避难演练，希望所有师生务必参与，成为对安全提高警惕的契机。
